Port Edgar Watersports CIC uses third parties (Stripe and PayPal) to collect and process any payment. We do not have access to, or retain any payment details.

We will not share your data unless it is required to ensure product satisfaction. This includes but is not limited to warranty, refunds, and product recalls. All organisations we share your data with adhere to the latest data protection laws.
We will also share your data if we are required to do so by Law.
How long we retain your data
We will retain your data for one year in case of warranty, refunds or product recall requirements. For products with a longer warranty, we will retain your data until the warranty has expired.
What rights you have over your data

You can also ask us to delete any data we hold about you, or request we anonymise your data so that we would still be able to contact you in the event of a product recall in the future.
